HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Returning items is really simple, all we ask is that you return them to us unworn, with all labels intact, within 21 days. If you are looking to exchange any items, just email us on upfrontlingerie@btconnect.com or call us in store 01383 723666 to request an alternative item. When sending your return parcel back to us remember to get a proof of postage receipt just in case the returned parcel doesn’t get to us.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Most items will be in stock at our store, however some items we may have to order from the supplier. If you place an order for one of these items, we will inform you by email and despatch it to you as soon as we possibly can. All of our items will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Signed For so should be expected within 1-2 working days. We also offer a guaranteed next day delivery service if placed before 12pm. Please note these timescales are for deliveries within the UK only. Customers in Europe should add a further 5 working days and customers outside of the UK and Europe should add a further 10 working days.

IF I RETURN AN ITEM, WILL MY POSTAGE BE REFUNDED?

If the order is cancelled before the dispatch confirmation then yes, the postage will be refunded. However, if the item is sent back to us due to incorrect fit etc, just the item cost will be refunded.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY BRAS?

All underwired garments need the same care when washing – this includes bras and swimwear! We recommend that you hand wash these items rather than machine washing them as this can shrink the fabric, misshape the wires and cause them to push through the fabric. If a wire comes out of the bra completely due to machine washing, it is not a fault we can refund. We also recommend that you dry your underwired garments away from direct heat, as radiators and tumble dryers can also damage and degrade the wires.

BEST WAY TO PUT A BRA ON?

It might sound like a silly question, but the way you put your bra on can make a big difference to the fit and shape that it gives you. We recommend putting your bra on by putting your arms through the straps and then fastening it behind your back. We’d recommend against fastening your bra up at the front then twisting it around as this can bend and misshape the wires in the cup. It is important to remember to lean forward whilst putting on your bra so that your boobs fall into the bra and fit the cups properly. If you don’t completely fill the cups, or if you have baggy fabric at the bottom of the cups, lift and reposition your boobs in the cups so that you get a smooth line without wrinkles. If all else fails, a little wiggle and jiggle usually works wonders! If it’s a new bra try fastening it on the loosest hook so that as you wear it and it becomes a little looser you can tighten it up.

CAN I RETURN BRIEFS?

For hygiene reasons, we will only accept returns on briefs that are in a STRICTLY unworn condition (tried on over your own briefs) with all labels attached.

MY NEW BRA IS HURTING ME AND DIGGING IN, WHAT CAN I DO?

Whether you’ve taken advice from one of our bra fitters in store or you’ve ordered your usual bra size, it’s important that you feel your purchase is comfortable and supportive. If once you’ve worn your bra, you feel it’s too uncomfortable, or you are unhappy with it for any reason then we recommend you stop wearing it and contact us so that we can give some further fitting advice or suggest an alternative style. Please make sure you keep a hold of the labels of your item, otherwise we will not be able to refund your order.
