Here at UPfront Lingerie, we understand that occasionally we all make purchases that we aren’t 100% happy with. It’s all part and parcel with lingerie, sometimes buying before trying doesn’t always work out.
We want to make life as easy as possible for when these mishaps happen, which is why we offer a full refund or exchange within 21 days, with the exception of sale or discounted items. It is part of our policy that all returned goods must be unworn and complete with original tags and packaging. Packaging must be sufficient to maintain the condition of items on the return journey. We will not accept any returns of garments that are not re-saleable as brand new items.
Unfortunately we do not offer free postage, so customers should send item to our current address and the return postage must be paid for:

We will then send you an email to inform you that we have received your item.
Please include a note of your name, order number, and reason for return.
There are a few items at UPfront Lingerie which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, these are:
Half cup silicone fillets
Full cup silicone fillets
Stick on cups (material or silicone)
Double sided tape
We also do not offer refunds on gift vouchers.
This will not affect your statutory rights.
